Friday, 27 January 2012

Automotive glazing repair and replacement specialist Nationwide Windscreen Services will supply automotive glass repair and replacement services to Lex Autolease customers under a three year agreement which commenced on 1 January 2012.

Nationwide Windscreen Services has been awarded a three year contract with Lex Autolease

Steve Chandler, SMR supplier network manager at Lex Autolease said, ‘Following the demise of our previous supplier in February 2011 we were pleased to work with a number of suppliers including Nationwide Windscreen Services who, throughout a difficult time for us, demonstrated a complete commitment to Lex Autolease and our customers. It rapidly became clear that excellent service delivery was at the heart of their operation and this, together with their obvious desire to accommodate our needs within the shortest of timescales, led to them being invited to formally tender for our business. That process served to reinforce our initial views and we are please to award a portion of our business to Nationwide Windscreen Services for the next three years’.

Stuart Sole, managing director at NWS, commented: ‘We have worked very hard to demonstrate that our business is at the forefront of excellent service delivery and customer care’.

Andrew Hodge, sales director at NWS, commented: ‘The fleet market is an important one for our business and an area in which we've been particularly successful. We're keen to build on this success in 2012, using our high levels of service delivery and driver satisfaction to drive our business forward. We feel we are a natural fit with the service that Lex Autolease demands from its suppliers, in order to keep their customer vehicles on the road’.
